Art Exhibit Placements

The Yates Art Foundation (YAF) seeks to place our art only with Not For Profit organizations possessing a commitment to their
community. YAF art must be exhibited in areas viewable to the
public for at least 3 months of the year. The facility must be open to the public for at least 4 hours per day, 3 days per week. YAF art must be contracted for at least one year and exhibited for at least 3 months of that year. Multiyear self-renewing contracts are
encouraged. We prefer clients who’s venues are free to the public, however, if the admission prices are in line with the prices of
similar venues within the region, this would be acceptable. YAF sponsors all the expenses incurred as a result of exhibiting our art, where it applies and is agreed upon. For instance should our art
require: to be shipped, have added security measures, require
additional insurance, to be stored or if there are charges for
exhibiting, YAF will foot the bill; hence there are no costs to our clients. Providing that art is exhibited throughout your venue, it is not necessary to have YAF art restricted to the gallery. Thus if the foyer, hallways, reception, landings, refreshment areas, etc, exhibit art, meet the above public access requirements and the location is or can be insured and made to become compliant with the demands of the insurer, it will qualify.
